How Much Water Do You Drink Each Day?
They say, our body is made up of 70 percent of water and we get water out of every food product and drink we consume on a daily basis. However, while nothing in a human body can actually work without water, how much water is sufficient for a human body to do well?
If you look at the science in this aspect, you come to know that you must drink water according to the weight of your body. This means, that if you are bulkier, you need more water for your body to do better, and if you are comparatively less in weight, you can do with less water as well.

However, the question that still stays in its place is, do you drink enough water as suggested according to your body weight?
Well, the lifestyle of people is such these days that even if they have to consume a minimum of 2 liters of water every single day, they do not take even 1 liter. Most people think that the food they eat consists of enough water to keep them going through the day and people also depends on the alternatives to water such as fruit juices, carbonated drinks, coconut water, and other things that make up for the water you need to have.
While you are having healthy and unadulterated drinks like natural fruit juices (not the ones from the tetra packs etc. but freshly squeezed ones) and fresh coconut water etc. I think they can help your body quite a bit. However, if you are drinking carbonated drinks or sugary products, you are not doing a favor to your body.
Actually, you cannot have any substitutes for the water you need to take on a daily basis, and no matter how much fruit juice you have daily, you need to have enough water as well.
But worst is the case with those people who cannot finish even a small bottle of water in an entire day. If you are not able to do so, you are inviting troubles for your body, and these troubles begin haunting you when you start aging. It’s then that your body starts asking questions, to which you only have answers in the form of medicines.
So if you are not drinking enough water every day, start having it and do it even when you have some other natural drinks during the day. There is no substitute for water for the human body.
