Is Micromax In Note 1 worth buying?

Every smartphone lover is right now in a dilemma to know if the comeback of Micromax is a success or not. Micromax, after a long break has returned with two fresh smartphones with reliable features. Both these smartphones look nice and can be considered for buying.

Looking at the features of the Micromax In Note 1, it has a 6.67-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The display is wide enough to play games and watch videos and movies smoothly.

Moving on to the performance of this device, the Micromax In Note 1 is powered by a 2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM. The Micromax device runs Android 10 and is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports proprietary fast charging. A gaming processor and a strong battery is a great combination for a smartphone and that too in less than 15k budget.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Micromax In Note 1 on the rear packs a 48MP primary camera with an f/1.79 aperture and a pixel size of 0.8-micron; a second 5MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a pixel size of 1.12-micron; a third 2MP camera with an f/2.4 aperture and a pixel size of 1.75-micron and a fourth 2MP camera with an f/2.4 aperture and a pixel size of 1.75-micron. The rear camera setup has auto-focus. It sports a 16MP camera on the front for selfies, with an f/2.0 aperture and a pixel size of 1.0-micron.

Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options on the Micromax In Note 1 include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India.

Micromax In Note 1 based on Android 10 and packs 64GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card with a dedicated slot. The phone is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Micromax In Note 1 measures 165.24 x 76.95 x 8.99mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 196.00 grams. It was launched in Green and White colours.

Micromax IN Note 1 starts at Rs 10,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB version. The other variant of 4GB RAM and 128GB storage will cost Rs 12,999. The phone goes on sale from November 24 on Flipkart and Micromax’s official website. Micromax have been doing great promotions for its new releases and the phone has amazing features that are worth noticing in this budget segment.
