Oppo F15: The New, Powerful Mid-Ranger
There’s quite a bit of competition among the mid-range devices and to add to the competition comes yet another powerful device by Oppo.
Oppo has launched it Oppo F15 smartphone today and this is again a mid-range smartphone with really good specs. While the reaction of the people has been varied on this, I think the smartphone is really good at the price it comes.
Let us check out the features of the smartphone and then the cost to know whether or not it would impress the masses.
Features of Oppo F15:
Display and Appearance:
Oppo F15 contains a 6.4-inch screen with 1080 x 2340 pixels screen resolution and waterdrop notch with AMOLED display. The smartphone contains toughened Gorilla Glass 5 and screen to body ratio of 90.7%. It also has Capacitive Touchscreen with Multi-touch and aspect ratio of 20:9. You can get it in two colour variants- dark blue and red.
Processor, OS and GPU:
The smartphone is powered by MediaTek Helio P70 octa-core processor which is clocked at 2.1GHz. Now, there has been a constant debate over this, whether or not Oppo chose the right processor. However, if Oppo can sell Reno2 F which costs 22k, I think Oppo F15 is also good with the processor.
Besides, it contains Android 9 as its OS and Mali-G72 MP3 as its GPU.
RAM and ROM:
It comes in a single variant of RAM and ROM. You get 8GB RAM which is great for all kinds of tasks such as gaming and multitasking etc. Plus, you get a giant 128GB of internal storage to make sure you never run out of storage.
Camera:
The smartphone contains a 48MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP quad rear camera with LED flash and lots of image control features. No doubt, you can expect really good images even in the dark.
Plus, you get a 16MP front camera as well to get great selfies and video calls.
Battery:
The smartphone has 4025mAh of battery with Quick charging 3.0 feature and the smartphone is expected to get charged from 0 to 100% in just 1 hour.
Security Features:
It supports Fingerprint Sensor and Face Unlock feature as well for the security.
Now having know the features, it’s important to know its price. The smartphone costs 19,990 in India and not many of the smartphone buyers agree with the price. In fact, I think the smartphone should not have been priced more than 17k and it would have been quite a competition at the price.
Nevertheless, we are waiting for the smartphone to hit the stores and see the reaction of people towards it. What do you think about the smartphone?
