Poco C31: Is it the Obvious Choice in Budget?
Did you know that the Poco C3 smartphone launched about a year ago sold 2.5 million units across the world and this was obviously a game-changer for Poco? A budget device getting such a huge response was outstanding and Poco has already launched a successor to this device after a year.
Recently, the Poco C31 smartphone hit the market and Poco is expecting to get the same response from the smartphone after a year. Do you think this is easy?
To find this out, let us first know the differences between Poco C3 and Poco C31 smartphones that have been launched with a difference of exactly 1 year between them. Well, there is hardly any difference between the two smartphones and even after a year, Poco C31 has been launched with a Mediatek Helio G35 processor that is octa-core in structure with a clock speed of 2.3Ghz.
This Mediatek processor was actually so well last year because it was comparatively newer. As of now, the competition among the devices is way too high and we already have Mediatek Helio G80, Helio G80 and Helio G85 in the budget segment.
But talking about the differences, Poco C31 has seen an increase in the display size, which went from 6.43-inches in the Poco C3 smartphone to 6.43-inch in the Poco C31 smartphone. Other than this, the most obvious difference is the fingerprint sensor. Yes, the Poco C3 device launched last year was devoid of any fingerprint scanner for security while Poco C31 launched recently covers this aspect as well and offers a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Rest, all the specifications of Poco C31 are exactly similar to the Poco C3 device, and talking about the price, while the 3GB/32GB variant occurs at 8k in India, the higher variant with 4GB/64GB can be obtained at 9k. This is just the launch offer and the prices would go a bit higher by INR 500 after some time.
Do you think Poco C31 would work well in India with similar specs to Poco C3 even after a year?
