In my previous post, I mentioned the major specifications of the smartphone Vivo Y30 and I think I was pretty sure that this smartphone with all its features at 15k in India might not be a good thing for the people, especially considering that there are numerous smartphones in competition and many of them have a less cost too.

However, the recent sales of this smartphone show that people actually trust Vivo devices quite a bit and Vivo Y30 has been doing well in the market.

Just to offer you a recap of its specifications, Vivo Y30 comes with a 6.47-inch screen and 720p display resolution. It has a punch-hole display which is quite impressive and has a good aspect ration and screen to body ration as well. But most of the other smartphones at this range have 1080p display and I think this section in the smartphone could have been better.

The smartphone is powered by MediaTek Helio P35 octa-core processor which is clocked at 2.3GHz and this is good enough for the normal users and gamers. However, at this price, the other smartphones are delivering MediaTek gaming processors such as MediaTek helio G90T and MediaTek Helio G85 etc. In such a condition, it would need a very strong fan of Vivo to buy this smartphone and you need to believe that there are such people in the world.

The camera section of the smartphone is again impressive. You get a 13MP quad rear camera with the smartphone to get great images and videos. Also, there is an 8MP front camera which is good to offer you powerful selfies and video calls. Perhaps the camera section in the smartphone is the most important feature that you can think of.

Other than that, it has 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage which is great for all kinds of users, whether budget buyers or the normal smartphone users. Not just this, the smartphone has a huge 5000mAh battery which is powered by 10W fast charging support and I think this is also a great feature in the smartphone.

Overall, the features in the smartphone are quite impressive but I still think that if the smartphone gets a bit of price cut, I think it would make a much better impression in the mind of the people.

This is a good option for the normal mid-range buyers but people certainly have other options in mind. The like to Infinix Note 7 and Realme Narzo 10 do certainly have better features but I think Vivo Y30 needs a bit of cut in the price. What do you say?
